English Quality Specialist & Trainer

Responsibilities

• Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for Cloud by collaborating with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, and channel partners
• Research and educate self on newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for clients and competitors
• Control main performance indicators including hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, and revenue recapture
• Align value propositions of products and services to customer and partner strategies
• Pursue positive outcomes and solve problems using effective approaches

Requirements

• Fluent English (at least strong B2)
• 3-6 years of technology-related sales or business development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Fundamentals certification required
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and emerging computing trends
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• EU passport required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with partner ecosystems
• Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud/hybrid solutions
• Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools
