English Language Teacher (ESL)

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, dynamic, and engaging in-person ESL lessons to a business professional
• Develop customized curricula based on the learner's proficiency level and specific goals
• Focus heavily on American accent training and pronunciation improvement
• Monitor student progress and adapt lesson plans to address specific strengths and weaknesses
• Communicate professionally with the client regarding learning outcomes and goals

Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency
• Minimum of two years of ESL teaching experience
• Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, linguistics, or a related field
• Ability to provide in-person lessons at the student's home in Dallas, TX (75201 area)
• Availability for weekly 60-minute sessions on weekday evenings or weekends
