English Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver English courses covering reading, writing, listening, and speaking in an engaging manner
• Improve students' academic writing, grammar, and communication skills for medical education readiness
• Use Blackboard LMS and digital tools effectively to facilitate teaching and learning
• Prepare and deliver assessments while tracking student performance and academic progress
• Provide academic guidance and targeted assistance to struggling students
• Contribute to course development, continuous improvement, and academic reporting
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, and faculty collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field
• Proven teaching experience in English language instruction, preferably at the preparatory or foundation level
• Strong command of both spoken and written English
• Familiarity with Blackboard LMS and various digital teaching tools
• Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills
