English Instructor

Responsibilities

• Deliver English courses covering reading, writing, listening, and speaking in an engaging manner
• Improve students' academic writing, grammar, and communication skills for medical education readiness
• Use Blackboard LMS and digital tools effectively to facilitate teaching and learning
• Prepare and deliver assessments while tracking student performance and academic progress
• Provide academic guidance and targeted assistance to struggling students
• Contribute to course development, academic reporting, and departmental meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field
• 4-5 years of teaching experience, preferably at the preparatory or foundation level
• Proficiency in using Blackboard LMS and other digital teaching tools
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Demonstrated skills in classroom management and student-centered instruction
