About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to English and Hungarian-speaking customers via phone and email
  • Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
  • Log and track cases accurately within internal systems
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate across shifts to maintain seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Near-native proficiency in both Hungarian and English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week in rotational shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or service coordination
  • Experience using Salesforce
