About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to English and Hungarian-speaking customers via phone and email
- Manage service requests, schedule maintenance visits, and coordinate technician activities
- Log and track cases accurately within internal systems
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate across shifts to maintain seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Near-native proficiency in both Hungarian and English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week in rotational shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or service coordination
- Experience using Salesforce
