English for Children Language Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person English language classes to a young learner (preteen) in North Ann Arbor, MI
• Conduct 90-minute sessions three times per week (Tuesday/Thursday at 4:00 p.m. and Saturday at 10:00 a.m.)
• Manage a 90-hour course for a learner at the A2.1 (Pre-intermediate) level
• Provide high-quality, face-to-face language training tailored to the student's needs

Requirements

• C2 level proficiency in English
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young learners
• Ability to commute to North Ann Arbor, MI for in-person sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL)
• Knowledge of a second language
• Interest or experience working with e-learning systems
