English (ESL) Language Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, dynamic, and engaging in-person English lessons to two siblings (ages 13 and 15) at their home in Summerlin, Las Vegas.
• Develop customized curricula focusing on survival English, socialization, and essential communication skills.
• Provide academic support, including reading and listening comprehension, as the students progress.
• Monitor student progress and guide learners toward their specific language goals.
• Maintain professional and effective communication regarding student development.

Requirements

• Native or near-native written and spoken English proficiency.
• A degree or certification in language teaching, education, linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience teaching ESL.
• Proven experience teaching children is required.
• Ability to provide in-person instruction in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas.
