Engineer/Technician Technical Building Services (TGA)

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and document maintenance, repair, and technical optimization measures for technical building equipment (TGA).
• Ensure the proper and safe operation of technical building systems at the site.
• Act as technical site manager for building services work and external contractor services, including commissioning, coordination, cost control, and documentation.
• Independently process complex operator inquiries and provide advice on cost, schedule, quality, and safety optimization.
• Advise plant managers and engineers on TGA-related matters.
• Participate in working groups regarding safety, environmental protection, and quality, and contribute to technical standards within the Technical Service competence centers.
• Identify and implement necessary measures for occupational safety.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or technician certification in sanitary, heating, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in planning and maintaining technical building systems, ideally in industrial or special construction environments.
• Experience in technical site management and installation supervision.
• Essential knowledge of TGA standards, regulations, fire protection, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in German is required; English proficiency is preferred.
• Strong communication, cooperation, and innovation skills with a proactive and independent working style.
