Engineer/Technician - Projects & Field Support

Responsibilities

• Complete projects end-to-end, including vendor finalization and installation coordination
• Travel extensively across the region and other parts of India
• Develop new partners for installation, commissioning, and site surveys
• Set up pre- and post-sales customer support infrastructure and monitor SLAs
• Provide in-depth troubleshooting for hardware and software platforms and perform Root Cause Analysis
• Create infrastructure for site surveys, audits, and project proposals
• Build a service sales team to sell value-added services to existing clients
• Manage customer and vendor interactions and site coordination
• Plan, execute, and update daily on-site work
• Work with project engineers to implement technology solutions for HVAC efficiency
• Maintain and improve CSAT scores

Requirements

• B.E., B.Tech, Diploma, or ITI qualification
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Extensive experience within the HVAC industry
• Experience in both channel and enterprise environments
• Proven track record of consistently delivering targets
• Familiarity with industry-standard CRM software
• Willingness to travel extensively
