Engineer/Technician - Projects & Field Support

Responsibilities

• Complete projects end-to-end, including vendor finalization, installation, and coordination with customers and OEM partners
• Develop new partners for installation, commissioning, and site surveys
• Set up pre- and post-sales customer support infrastructure, including call logging, escalation, and SLA monitoring
• Establish post-sales tech support, including troubleshooting hardware/software, Root Cause Analysis, and remote installations
• Create infrastructure for pre-sales support, site audits, and project proposals
• Build a service sales team to sell value-added services to the existing client base
• Manage site visits, site coordination, and daily on-site work execution
• Collaborate with project engineers to implement technology solutions for HVAC efficiency
• Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores

Requirements

• B.E., B.Tech, Diploma, or ITI qualification
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Extensive experience within the HVAC industry
• Experience in both channel and enterprise environments
• Proven track record of consistently delivering targets
• Familiarity with industry-standard CRM software
• Ability to travel extensively across the region and India
