Engineer/Senior Engineer - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis for machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions using TPM
• Carry out audits to ensure proper machine maintenance and provide technical guidance
• Implement Preventive (PM), Time-Based (TBM), and Condition-Based (CBM) maintenance activities
• Maintain detailed machine history and preventive maintenance records
• Manage instrument calibration and spare part planning
• Coordinate resources including manpower, materials, and tools
• Oversee the installation, erection, and reconditioning of new machines and equipment

Requirements

• Proven maintenance knowledge in CNC, PLC, and SPM-based machines
• Experience with assembly test rigs and equipment maintenance
• Expertise in CNC Spindle and Ball screw assembly
• Proficiency in Preventive, Time-based, and Condition-based maintenance techniques
• Ability to coordinate various activities for the rapid resolution of machine breakdowns
