About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute RF testing and design/develop test solutions for MMIC
  • Work with designers to verify Test Board functionality on the RF test bench
  • Perform gauge R&R studies of Test Fixtures to ensure repeatability and reproducibility
  • Assist with production test planning and transition products from development to production
  • Evaluate, optimize, and debug first MMIC units in the lab

Requirements

  • High School diploma, Trade School diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in RF Product Test or a related field
  • Strong understanding of RF and Microwave test equipment (PNA-X, Vector Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Spectrum Analyzers, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of GaAs and GaN MMIC products (LNAs, PAs, Switches, Passives)
  • Demonstrated experience in RF measurements from Low Frequency to Super High Frequency at the device level
  • Experience troubleshooting RF test setups, equipment parameters, and PCB assemblies
  • Basic soldering skills for components on PCBs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for working in a cross-functional team environment
