Engineering Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair of facilities, public facilities, and infrastructure in the hospital environment
• Perform maintenance, repair, replacement, and calibration activities using preventive and corrective programs
• Collect data and prepare reports related to operational activities for superiors
• Conduct routine checks and documentation of water and electricity sources to ensure maintenance standards
• Implement quality and safety procedures and attend required training
• Maintain daily logsheets for designated areas

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Machinery or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in the engineering field, preferably in a hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and repairing technical issues
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, carrying, and climbing ladders
