Engineering Technician

Responsibilities

• Apply paints, coatings, and polishing materials according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Maintain and enhance the appearance of guest rooms, public areas, furniture, and fixtures
• Operate and maintain all tools, equipment, and machinery required for painting and polishing
• Work closely with Guest Room Technicians and the Engineering team to complete maintenance requests
• Maintain housekeeping standards in workshops and storage areas, ensuring safe handling of flammable materials
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests to ensure satisfaction
• Comply with all Hotel Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental policies

Requirements

• Experience in property maintenance and painting
• Pro-active with a hands-on approach
• Ability to manage tasks and ensure timely delivery
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a department
• Ability to handle challenging priorities and assignments
