About the role
About the Company
Neuralink is creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain to restore movement to the paralyzed, restore sight to the blind, and revolutionize human-digital interaction.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble test fixtures and apparatus including mechanical assembly, wiring, and sensor/actuator installation
- Run end-to-end benchtop test sequences including setup, instrumentation, execution, and data capture
- Monitor running tests daily, log anomalies, and perform first-line fault fixing across mechanical, fluidic, and electrical subsystems
- Maintain test stations, rigs, and lab equipment while managing parts inventory and BOM upkeep
- Organize test data and build/test procedures (SOPs) to defined standards
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a laboratory, prototyping, or test environment
- Working familiarity with data-collection instrumentation
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new test methods quickly
- Organized approach to high-throughput testing and data quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Arduino
- Experience with microcontrollers, circuitry, PCBs, and firmware flashing
- Soldering experience
- Data analysis skills
- Prior experience in a hardware test or reliability lab
