Engineering Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage CMMS systems to ensure best maintenance and reliability asset practices
• Assist with equipment onboarding processes and documentation improvements
• Create and revise equipment specifications and enter preventative maintenance procedures
• Develop job plans and schedules to keep equipment in optimal working order
• Utilize diagnostic tools and CMMS reports to identify potential equipment issues
• Conduct regular inspections of production line configurations, parts, and components
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Troubleshoot system issues and assist other CMMS users
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve reliability
• Adhere to all safety regulations and participate in required safety training

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in a related field, technical training, or equivalent education
• 4-6+ years of related experience in an engineering or maintenance environment
• Proficiency in CMMS management and technical troubleshooting
• Experience with equipment inspection and preventative maintenance scheduling
• Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge of industrial equipment
