About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle property operational and maintenance issues
- Perform and manage property repair and maintenance work
- Maintain equipment and items within the property area
- Supervise vendors and execute other tasks related to facility management
Requirements
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate
- Previous experience in a similar Technician role
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Must have a personal vehicle
