Engineering Technician B

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated electronic testing on Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), circuit card assemblies (CCAs), and various components in a production environment
• Assist in electrical troubleshooting and fault isolation
• Support Test Engineering with identifying trends, root causes, and implementing corrective actions
• Participate in process improvement activities within test and manufacturing departments
• Adhere to all company policies including equipment calibration, ESD (electrostatic discharge) prevention, and FOD (foreign object debris) protocols

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years of related experience in electronics or manufacturing
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic RF, analog, and digital signals and circuitry
• Experience using test equipment such as RF signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power meters, voltage meters, and oscilloscopes
• Proficiency with PC-based applications
• Previous experience in electronics manufacturing and testing environments
