About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure all audio-visual equipment and property systems work correctly to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Proactively maintain property equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
- Support the property maintenance department in ensuring health and safety compliance
- Act as a multitasker and fixer to keep hotel facilities in top condition
Requirements
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Good verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar technical or AV position is beneficial but not essential
