Engineering Technical Publications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and support engineering-driven technical publications including AFTM, PAMM, maintenance instructions, and technical operational guidance.
• Act as the engineering focal point to ensure all manuals and procedures are technically accurate, configuration-aligned, and traceable to design data.
• Support airworthiness and certification activities by preparing documentation for prototype operation, flight tests, and regulatory submissions.
• Manage configuration and publication updates to reflect design changes, test feedback, and safety recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in aerospace technical publications or engineering documentation.
• Proven experience in UAV/UAS or aircraft development.
• Experience in flight test support and certification documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional training in S1000D or equivalent publication standards.
• Knowledge of configuration management and airworthiness documentation processes.
• Experience with document control processes in an aviation environment.
