About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the flagship product, Insights
- Contribute to the development of new features and ensure high code quality
- Define technology best-practices and research future platform iterations
- Mentor the engineering team
- Improve the velocity and quality of engineering processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading or playing a critical role in product development
- Experience in startup or SaaS environments
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar backend technologies
- Experience with frontend technologies including React, Material-UI, and CSS/HTML/JS
- Working knowledge of design patterns such as SOA and microservices
- Experience mentoring engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Scrum/Kanban practices
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
