Engineering Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the flagship product, Insights
• Contribute to the development of new features and ensure high code quality
• Define technology best-practices and research future platform iterations
• Mentor the engineering team
• Improve the velocity and quality of engineering processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading or playing a critical role in product development
• Experience in startup or SaaS environments
• Strong proficiency in Python or similar backend technologies
• Experience with frontend technologies including React, Material-UI, CSS, HTML, and JS
• Working knowledge of design patterns such as SOA and microservices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience mentoring talented engineers
