Engineering Supervisor (Materials Specialty)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily engineering team activities with a focus on Piping Materials Engineering
• Coordinate project development and activity distribution
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations applicable to materials
• Propose innovative solutions for material development and use to improve processes and products
• Manage and develop the team by providing technical guidance and promoting professional growth
• Collaborate with other areas to ensure technical and economic viability of chosen materials
• Prepare technical and managerial reports presenting results, innovations, and improvements
• Provide technical support for complex issues related to material use in projects
• Ensure projects are executed within established deadlines, costs, and quality standards

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Engineering or related fields
• Senior experience in supervising engineering teams with a focus on materials
• Proficiency in project management and tools such as Advanced Office, Aveva E3D, and Plant 3D
• Experience in people management and technical leadership
• Advanced English proficiency
