About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily engineering operations, including preparing work programs and supervising staff
- Inspect, maintain, and repair hotel systems including kitchen, laundry, HVAC, mechanical, piping, and plumbing
- Monitor equipment condition and material usage while maintaining accurate maintenance records and log books
- Lead, manage, and develop engineering staff through training and performance management
- Ensure workplace safety and respond immediately to system defects to prevent service interruptions
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Engineering Supervisor in a 5-star hotel
- Computer literacy
- Strong technical knowledge in Electrical, Kitchen & Laundry equipment, HVAC, and preventive maintenance
- Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, service-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
