Engineering Student - Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Participate in product design by reviewing drawings and engineering change notices (ECN)
• Contribute to production by reviewing work instructions and inspection points on production orders
• Coordinate problem solving during non-conformance detection with purchasing, production, design, and other engineering disciplines
• Work in a project environment with controlled schedules and budgets under the supervision of an experienced QA engineer
• Support the team in developing process improvement solutions
• Participate in the modification of QA system documentation

Requirements

• One completed year of a Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or physical engineering
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bilingualism in French and English
• Ability to pass a security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP)
• Energetic personality with a strong sense of initiative and leadership
