Engineering Student - Antenna Design

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the design and optimization of space antenna performance under the supervision of experienced engineers
• Perform sensitivity and degradation analyses of antenna on-orbit performance
• Utilize antenna design methods and software such as HFSS, FEKO, TICRA GRASP, and POS
• Participate in team discussions, project status meetings, and the preparation of performance reports and customer presentations

Requirements

• Completed third year of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0
• Ability to obtain and hold security clearance (reliability status level)
• Ability to pass security assessments for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR
• Strong sense of initiative and a desire to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of electromagnetism
• Proficiency in both English and French (verbal and written)
• Experience or familiarity with antenna design software
• Passion for problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure
