Engineering Staff (Mechanical Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting of hotel Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Display proficiency in categories including air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic/electronic systems
• Respond to and attend to guest repair requests
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines and operate shut-off valves
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed
• Communicate daily activities and problems to other shifts using approved standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
• Diploma in MEP engineering (Bachelor's degree desirable)
• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical Electrical systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
