Engineering Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Compose documents in Windchill PDM from change requests using drawing and BOM markups, engineering instructions, and customer information.
• Determine implementation plans for change requests and assign tasks to appropriate roles through Windchill.
• Complete change activities related to part creation, revision control, drawing updates, and BOM updates.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding outstanding work, document status updates, and change incorporation.
• Meet metrics for ECN throughput and lead times by logging pertinent information throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain team databases, metrics, and records.
• Create AVL and drawings for components.
• Assist in the development of new processes related to engineering change management and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an electrical or electronic manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office for completing design-level documentation.
• Experience with PTC Creo or similar CAD modeling packages.
• Ability to read, understand, and update electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of electromechanical devices such as motors, breakers, and relays.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Familiarity with electromechanical enclosures and control panel development.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
