Engineering Services HSDC Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution for large, complex HSDC customers, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and business objectives
• Serve as the program leader for assigned strategic accounts, providing governance, internal reporting, and executive visibility
• Develop and manage long-range program plans, including resource alignment and risk mitigation strategies
• Partner with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Technology, and Customer Operations to execute strategic account initiatives
• Provide commercial support through account heat maps, performance insights, and competitive intelligence
• Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, documentation, and configuration management
• Ensure engineering changes are validated and effectively communicated to field teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of relevant professional and leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience managing strategic or enterprise customer accounts
• Strong analytical and datamining skills with the ability to translate insights into executive recommendations
• Proven experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across multiple functions such as Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or Product Line Management (PLM)
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting global or geographically distributed teams
