Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives for engineering and manufacturing sectors
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Direct machine maintenance programs and critical inventory management
• Lead team response to downtime events to minimize production impact
• Guide teams through change management and innovation
• Prioritize safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Manage budgets and resources to optimize financial performance

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or extensive related experience
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD (AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or Onshape)
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Expertise in project management tools and software
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles and process optimization
• Understanding of OSHA and ISO compliance standards
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and high-performing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical skills related to automation and robotics
• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel
