Engineering Recruitment Lead

About the Company

Humanoid is on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Their HMND-01 Alpha platform is already running in real industrial pilots.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles in humanoid robotics, embedded systems, electronics, mechanical engineering, and AI/ML
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate profiles, and drive technical hiring decisions
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for niche talent in physical AI and robotics
• Optimize interview processes, technical assessments, and decision-making frameworks
• Track hiring funnel metrics including time-to-hire and conversion rates
• Mentor senior recruiters and scale best practices for technical recruiting
• Utilize AI tools, automation, and ATS systems to increase hiring efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical recruiting for complex hardware and software engineering roles
• Deep expertise and existing network within the humanoid robotics or physical AI ecosystem
• Strong understanding of robotics systems, embedded systems, AI/ML, and autonomy
• Experience working closely with engineering stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Data-driven mindset with experience using AI tools and automation for sourcing
