Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering leaders to shape roles and pinpoint ideal candidate characteristics
- Deploy innovative sourcing strategies to engage inventive technical talent
- Design and execute disciplined interview cycles to assess skill and mission alignment
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from initial screen to complex offer negotiations
- Act as a brand ambassador for Rogo's technical vision and engineering excellence
- Manage external recruiting agencies and negotiate terms
- Utilize recruiting analytics to drive process improvements and talent frameworks
- Deliver an elite and seamless candidate experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing tech companies
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring for engineering roles
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering organizational structures
- Ability to manage multiple searches across various technical disciplines
- Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
