Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering leaders to shape roles and pinpoint ideal candidate characteristics
• Deploy innovative sourcing strategies to engage inventive technical talent
• Design and execute disciplined interview cycles to assess skill and mission alignment
• Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from initial screen to complex offer negotiations
• Act as a brand ambassador for Rogo's technical vision and engineering excellence
• Manage external recruiting agencies and negotiate terms
• Utilize recruiting analytics to drive process improvements and talent frameworks
• Deliver an elite and seamless candidate experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing tech companies
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for engineering roles
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and engineering organizational structures
• Ability to manage multiple searches across various technical disciplines
• Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various sourcing tools
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
