Engineering Quality Manager (EQM) UAS and EuroDrone

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality throughout the entire engineering lifecycle of UAS and the EuroDrone program
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards including EN 9100, ARP4754A, DO-178C, and DO-254
• Plan and execute audits, process assurance reviews, and quality gates
• Support development, certification, and airworthiness activities in accordance with EMAR Part 21/145
• Monitor requirements traceability and ensure proper allocation of quality requirements
• Collaborate with development, systems engineering, and test teams to integrate quality into the product development process
• Manage non-conformities, deviations, and configuration control
• Create and maintain process assurance documentation such as SyPAP, SyPAD, SQAP, and HPAP
• Drive preventive quality measures including Right-First-Time, APQP, and FMEA

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in quality management, preferably within a military aerospace environment
• Sound knowledge of quality management standards such as EN 9100 and AQAP 2310
• Experience with process assurance, software quality assurance, and hardware quality assurance
• Knowledge of relevant standards including ARP4754A, DO-178, DO-330, and DO-254
• Experience with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) or large-scale aviation programs is an advantage
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing; German or Spanish skills are a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
