Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of technical projects, including scheduling, resource assignment, and deliverable release
• Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and conferring with management and stakeholders
• Generate and maintain project schedules by calculating time requirements and sequencing elements
• Lead and document project team meetings and facilitate gate reviews with subject matter experts
• Provide accurate information to support quality decision-making across the organization
• Administer project management processes within Samtec Project Tracking Software
• Advise management on developments affecting schedule, costs, or customer relations

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading technical projects
• Background in optical, mechanical, electrical technologies, or similar fields
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and technical communication skills
