About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead new product design and development, including tools, checking fixtures, testing fixtures, and grippers
- Ensure product convergence regarding CTQ (Geometry, Aspects, Function) and PRU convergence (Cycle Time, Rejection, Weight)
- Execute complete project management with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) following the PO Optimap Process
- Manage budget hours and CNQ according to the defined project scope
- Oversee product fine-tuning and product validation processes
- Act as the key customer contact to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Perform risk analysis, DFMEA, design reviews, and document lessons learned
- Manage engineering reviews and report progress via the EPM dashboard to management
Requirements
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in engineering and development
- Proven expertise in new product design and development
- Strong experience in budget and CNQ management
- Proficiency in Risk Analysis and DFMEA
- Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management
