Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for project success, steering them from concept to launch with a focus on execution
• Navigate multifaceted environments, building strong stakeholder relationships and resolving conflicts
• Work seamlessly with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners to ensure alignment
• Manage resources, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide applications for events and streaming

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in engineering project management
• 5+ years of experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• 2 years of experience delivering Agile projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in an enterprise technology environment with multiple dependent platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical aptitude to understand business and technical implications of project decisions
• Proven track record of driving results across distributed engineering, design, and product teams
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams across different time zones
• Familiarity with quality engineering (QA pipelines, CI/CD) and exposure to AI/ML project delivery
