Engineering Project Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage brake system customer application projects (Foundation Brake, EMB) for the AP market, including major customers like SVW.
• Establish and execute brake system development and validation testing plans in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Interface with customers to understand requirements and communicate through formal and informal presentations and meetings.
• Work closely with FB&BC product engineering teams to define product proposals and system/packaging analysis.
• Support the sales team in developing new customers and business opportunities.
• Coordinate with global brake product development teams to ensure all customer requirements are met.
• Partner with the program management team to ensure smooth project execution and support OEM production launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in product applications and system engineering within automotive chassis systems.
• Expertise in braking-related systems and products.
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work hard and manage overtime requirements as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle application and overseas communication.
• Strong understanding of product application and development processes.
• Knowledge and experience in product design, implementation, system integration, and testing.
