Engineering Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support system-level evaluation of new product developments through coordination of NPDI reviews and consolidation of cross-discipline inputs.
• Translate domain-specific inputs into clear, structured, and reusable system-level documentation.
• Formalize and communicate updates to the Product Architecture Playbook (PAP) and related system-level guidelines.
• Maintain system-level integration tools, including compatibility matrices, analysis tools, and dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Line teams to ensure alignment and consistent interpretation of system-level requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration practices based on lessons learned from design and NPDI activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering, systems integration, product development, or engineering standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to validate complex technical information.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Delaware, OH location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with system-level integration or cross-discipline coordination across mechanical, electrical, and thermal domains.
• Hands-on CAD experience (e.g., Creo).
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ASME, ASHRAE, ANSI, or ISO.
• Knowledge of rack, power, and cooling systems within data center infrastructure.
