Engineering Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution for ASIC/FPGA/Validation programs from planning through release
• Build and maintain integrated project plans covering development, validation, integration, and release milestones
• Drive milestone tracking, dependency management, and timely escalation of risks and issues
• Establish and maintain execution dashboards using JIRA, EasyBI, or SmartSheets
• Track sprint execution, feature progress, defect trends, and validation readiness
• Act as the primary execution interface between ASIC, Firmware, Validation, Hardware, and Product teams
• Support adoption of Agile/Scrum execution models within firmware teams
• Support budget consolidation, spend tracking, and forecasting for firmware programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management or PMO roles
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA and project tracking tools
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning
• Experience supporting firmware validation, integration, or release cycles
• Familiarity with build and release tools and firmware execution metrics
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in ambiguous environments
