Engineering Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs and process improvement initiatives to expand factory capabilities and automate supply chain services
• Use data analytics to identify operational problems and launch projects to improve processes
• Manage technical programs involving multiple functions and worldwide teams to expand factory footprint
• Act as the Supply Chain focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI)
• Design, develop, and improve new or existing Supply Chain Services processes
• Enhance employee productivity and customer experience through automation and intuitive tools
• Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and timelines
• Execute strategies to deliver new supply chain capabilities and manage people change management for successful adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA), preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain
• 3+ years of professional experience after college graduation
• 2+ years of experience in various supply chain functions with an understanding of end-to-end supply chain
• 3+ years of medium-scale or cross-functional project management experience
• Proficiency in SAP, PLM, PDM, and BOM knowledge
• Hands-on experience creating reports using Power BI or advanced Excel (pivot charts/slicers)
• Strong communication skills for creating visual presentations for executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI PMP certification
• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt certification
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of UAT and change management methodologies such as ADKAR
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), SharePoint workflows, and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Financial acumen regarding P&L, revenue, cost, and gross margin
