Engineering Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and customer interface for all Factory Service requests, ensuring flawless execution and communication with sales teams.
• Lead multiple project teams and manage programs involving multiple functions to drive engineering development and implementation.
• Oversee the logistics of parts for builds and prototypes while managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Develop and direct schedules and critical deliverables for assigned customer requests.
• Manage activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners to ensure progress against established plans.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive innovation, technology integration, and quality initiatives within the manufacturing and engineering organization.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in engineering development and implementation.
• Expertise in project planning tools and software packages.
• Experience in people management or leading project teams.
