Engineering Program Manager, Hardware

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of hardware product development programs from initial concept through to mass production
• Build alignment with senior leadership to establish program objectives and design execution strategies that balance schedule and risk
• Navigate project teams through execution to ensure resources are focused on the highest priority tasks at the right time
• Communicate across various engineering disciplines and business units to align on risks, challenges, and results
• Champion best practices and scalable processes for hardware development
• Advocate for product excellence to ensure the best possible customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a program management role
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Strong cross-disciplinary communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering
