About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of factory test equipment, from material planning to vendor qualification and deployment
  • Lead Clear-to-Build (CTB) tracking for test stations to identify shortages and drive expedited solutions
  • Oversee equipment allocation and delivery to ensure alignment with product development lifecycles
  • Lead pilot deployments of new test equipment and operational processes across global, multi-factory environments
  • Act as the primary interface between HWTE, test equipment vendors, and Contract Manufacturers (CMs)
  • Perform root-cause analysis on vendor quality issues and drive Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program management within a multi-factory hardware manufacturing environment
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware manufacturing lifecycles and equipment deployment
  • Proficiency in PLM systems and manufacturing business processes (BOMs, CM interactions)
  • Skilled in using Excel, Numbers, and Keynote for strategic presentations and data tracking
  • Experience applying quality control methodologies such as 8D and CAPA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Quality Management certification (e.g., CQE)
  • Ability to leverage modern productivity tools, including GenAI, to streamline workflows
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 20%)
