Engineering & Product Operations Lead

About the Company

Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack with one unified system. We’ve raised $85M through our Series B from legendary investors including Founders Fund, Benchmark, and Human Capital.

Responsibilities

• Own core operating cadences including sprint and cycle planning, roadmap reviews, and SDLC processes
• Drive consistency across Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure visibility and accountability
• Create and maintain dashboards tracking engineering velocity, roadmap progress, and reliability
• Surface risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies to help leadership make data-driven decisions
• Serve as the connective tissue between EPD and go-to-market teams
• Own intake and triage for bugs, feature requests, and technical debt
• Build lightweight tooling and automations using Retool, Zapier, Linear, and AI tools
• Manage engineering onboarding and key team rituals

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Engineering, Product, or technical organizations at high-growth startups
• Ability to move between strategy and execution
• Technical proficiency to understand engineering workflows and systems
• Experience building internal tools, automations, and dashboards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days a week
