About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of 15+ responsible for product lifecycle activities across the enterprise
- Manage project execution, resource allocation, supplier relationships, and technical approaches
- Act as the primary liaison to program and functional leadership for standards and data systems
- Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and the adoption of model-based engineering
- Oversee product standards, document/data management systems, and lifecycle activities including manufacture, deployment, and sustainment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable regulations, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure first-time quality and timely delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
- U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale project management)
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and office computing systems
- 1+ years of experience providing technical leadership for an engineering team in change, configuration, or data management
- 1+ years of experience in process analysis, development, and improvement

- Strong business acumen and clear communication skills
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and document/data management
- Broad engineering process knowledge and systems thinking
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Boeing organizational processes
