Engineering Process & Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain comprehensive R&D process control documentation for mechatronics design.
• Develop and deploy digital tools and standardized templates to improve design engineer productivity.
• Lead the development and maintenance of compliance databases to ensure adherence to UL, CE, and other regulatory standards.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP master data management, including Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical data entry.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce administrative overhead and streamline engineering workflows.
• Monitor design workflows for bottlenecks to improve speed-to-market.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product lifecycle development.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP master data management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• Experience in a mechatronics or electromechanical manufacturing environment.
• Direct experience with regulatory compliance (UL, CE standards, material documentation).
• Proficiency in workflow automation software or engineering tool template development.
• Experience working within a multinational company with global engineering teams.
