Engineering Process Administrator

Responsibilities

• Work with HR, Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure engineering processes meet requirements
• Draft and regularly update engineering process guidelines
• Maintain physical and digital access controls in collaboration with IT
• Collaborate with process managers for CMMC, ISO, and other compliance services
• Compile monthly summaries of schedules, budgets, and status for Engineering and R&D
• Oversee delivery of contractual requirements on funded projects
• Oversee steps for obtaining or maintaining various certifications and documentation
• Manage the labeling and distribution approval process for controlled documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of engineering process management experience, or High School diploma plus 8 years of experience
• Demonstrated effective reporting and presentation skills
• Familiarity with contractual requirements, documentation, and deliverables
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and Google tools
• Current active SECRET level clearance or ability to obtain one within 12 months
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM or technical discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
