Engineering Practice Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate structured learning experiences through experimentation, simulation, and modeling to help engineering students apply theoretical knowledge in practical contexts.
• Plan and execute experimental sessions that promote critical thinking and the analysis of technical results.
• Design technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure the proper execution of learning activities.
• Supervise the technical execution of practical activities in person, remotely, or digitally.
• Collaborate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, learning assessment, and compliance with institutional accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum B2 English level to operate in a bilingual academic environment.
• Strong communication and group management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and service-oriented mindset.
• Interest in academic and experimental work with university students.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in academic laboratories or conducting research.
• Experience in student mentorship or academic support.
• Skills in Computing and Physics.
