Responsibilities
- Design and supervise structured learning experiences where students apply theoretical engineering knowledge through experimentation, simulation, and modeling.
- Plan and execute experimental sessions to foster practical skills, critical thinking, and technical analysis.
- Design technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure the effective execution of learning activities.
- Supervise technical execution in onsite, remote, or digital environments.
- Coordinate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, learning assessment, and compliance with institutional accreditation standards.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Physical, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong interest in academic and experimental work and interacting with university students.
- Proven communication and group management skills.
- Minimum English proficiency level of B2.
- Proactive, organized, and service-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in academic laboratories or conducting research.
- Experience in student mentorship or academic support.
