Engineering Practice Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and lead structured learning experiences where students apply theoretical knowledge through experimentation, simulation, and modeling.
• Plan and execute experimental sessions, facilitating the analysis and interpretation of technical results.
• Design technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure effective learning activities.
• Supervise the technical execution of activities in person, remotely, or digitally.
• Collaborate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, learning assessment, and alignment between theory and practice.
• Manage and supervise academic experimental activities and practical sessions.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computing, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience with programming languages.
• Minimum English level of B2 (Intermediate-Advanced) to conduct classes in English.
• Strong group management and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in academic laboratories or research environments.
• Experience in student mentorship or academic support.
