About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and lead structured learning experiences where students apply theoretical knowledge through experimentation, simulation, and modeling.
- Plan and execute experimental sessions, facilitating the analysis and interpretation of technical results.
- Design technical materials, protocols, and resources to ensure effective learning activities.
- Supervise the technical execution of activities in person, remotely, or digitally.
- Collaborate with lead professors to ensure academic quality, learning assessment, and alignment between theory and practice.
- Manage and supervise academic experimental activities and practical sessions.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computing, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience with programming languages.
- Minimum English level of B2 (Intermediate-Advanced) to conduct classes in English.
- Strong group management and communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and service-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in academic laboratories or research environments.
- Experience in student mentorship or academic support.
